Love Through Time

In another space, another time
Our bodies will intertwine,
Two hearts will beat as one
Pulsing in rhythm to our love.

She walks with the grace of youth,
Smiles and sits with me in the booth.
Heads follow this beautiful Goddess,
Sighs escape as she kisses my lips.

I loved her in another time
When youth was on my side
And the vine of youth was mine
And life was mine to ride.

Amends now I must make
For the selfishness of my lost past.
Karma evens out for her sake.
I love her all over, again at last.

In another space, another time
Our bodies will intertwine,
Two hearts will beat as one
Pulsing in rhythm to our love.
